Our ServiceOrchid Bathrooms offers a full on-site consulting service. We have a comprehensive checklist of all aspects of bathroom renovation to help you create exactly what you want with minimum fuss. Here is a brief outline of what to expect: - Our initial meeting will establish your needs, the kind of design you are interested in, and an approximate budget.
- We then provide a detailed written quotation including demolition, preparation, tiling, waterproofing, fixtures and fittings, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and any other ancillary trade services required for you specific renovation. All tradesmen are licensed professionals.
- Once the quote is approved, a QMBA (Queensland Master Builders Association) contract is drawn up and we confirm your requirements in a pre-construction meeting.
- We will guide you through the process of selecting your tiles and all fixtures and fittings.
- We then prepare a construction schedule and a date is set to start the transformation of your bathroom into your own private haven.
